Preamble

The object of this organization of people is for the perpetuation of Irish customs, culture, social, and ethnic unity. As a chartered nonprofit organization, our intentions are to teach and advance to the children, community, and other peoples, the language, dances, music and customs of the Irish, as well as to enjoy such activity in a cooperative, entertaining, and educational way.

PURPOSE    

The general nature of this corporation shall be for charitable and educational purposes. Specifically, this corporation is formed for the purpose of perpetuating, preserving, and advancing the Irish and Irish-American cultural heritage through music, art, literature, theater, dance, history, language, charitable and educational endeavors, including scholarship for groups or individuals pursuing the advancement of the above-mentioned fields.
